After using several tradition and currency apps, this is undoubtedly the most complete with the best free plan and compatible with almost all other apps in my store.

Good customer service! Some small errors in translation can occur, however this is normal with an automated translation. User interface could be a bit more accesible. Sometimes difficult to find what you are looking for.

I've never had so many problems with apps, just with this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had known about these issues, I would never have installed this app. Now I'm not deleting it because it changed the code in my store theme!!! I don't have much free time to deal with the theme code. When I do everything according to the instructions, a window appears at the bottom of the site that says: Error Liquid: could not find fragments of assets/etranslate-language-switch-control.liquid Error Liquid: could not find fragments of assets/etranslate-rtl.liquid And this is visible to customers. I've been trying to delete this app for the third day and I can't, no one from the support service wants to help me!

The app met expectations and works well. Lisa from the support center was very helpful and quickly resolved my issues that came up.

I like this app a lot, very helpful and detailed. There are some minor issues when searching phrases, also when trying to translate on mobile sometimes the words I type in the target language disappear when I click save or even when I click space, on desktop it works fine. But overall the app is great. I'd love to have more word limit than 2000 words for manual translation on the free plan, email template alone is over 3000 words because of the layout code. I'd also suggest that codes not be counted as translated words since they are the same in both languages. There's also the issue of translating tabs and sentences from other apps on the store, some apps got recently supported but only in paid plans (which is reasonable) but only a few apps are supported so far. I don't feel I have full control over the position of the language selector especially on mobile phone view, though I think there's the option to add a code but I don't want to mess things up. I like that you added more flags for Arabic, nice touch and I noticed it in the update! :) With that being said, I highly appreciate the free plan and can only imagine the effort put to make it so detailed and easy to use! Great app, thank you. I'd like to add that they have great customer service. Very friendly and responsive, they've been very helpful to me. Thank you for your efforts!

Together with this customer service woman I was able to translate the entire website after there were some problems, she checked the entire website for me and translated it into 4 different languages! Vandaag met Lisa gesproken en heeft me heel goed geholpen binnen 5 minuten was het al geregeld dus zo blijft mijn website up to date!

It worked well for a few days. However the automatic updates didn't work. The customer service experience is awful. The bottom line is i have to translate everything manually in their app....what's the point??!!!!
