Ihad some issues with the first level of support , it's a big waste of time since it transpires a lot uf unexperience. Then when the issue was escalated to an advance support it was solved quickly and without the typical annoiyng over communication. The app is great , I am using it for many years now.

We have been using it for a week and we love it. It is a VERY intuitive, complete and organized app. It is the best one I've tried. Plus, I had a small issue with the appearance of the switcher on my website and they fixed it for me very rapidly.

So far so good! I've translated about 75% of my store so far and already have the content live on my storefront and it's been super easy and intuitive to use! I had a question for the support team and got an answer back within an hour. I saw some previous comments about the app being slow and I was worried but I have over 500 products on my store and lots of pages and haven't experienced it being slow at all! Even refreshing products and collections is fine. I'm super happy so far!

I have used this app for about 6 years. The app works great. It is user friendly and you can translate everything. A big bonus is the great customer service from the team at Langify. I highly recommend for all multi-language stores.

We use this app but we are very unsatisfied by the service. Langify continuously adds a lot of code to every page, even if we do not use it on those pages. Our developper has several times tried to discuss this issue with them but unsuccessfully.

Best support team on Shopify App Store! A few points for app improvement. Duplicated translations, slow loading speed in Asia, static content needs to be resaved manually every time whenever there's any page changes, no bulk removal for custom content (we rely on custom content A LOT in version 1). Would be a 5-star app if all these points are improved.

I use this app to translate my store to Portuguese and it works beautifully. It takes some work to set up in the beginning if you have a lot of sections/articles/pages, but then it's easy and fast to maintain. I can translate every single word in my website to the other language, which is what I wanted. Also the support team is very quick and helpful to reply when I have a problem or a question. It's worth what I pay for it.
