Really great app. So straight forward to set up and use. After having some serious issues with a different app we found this one and could not be happier with the quality. And the customer support is super fast and friendly, Louie was a big help. 10 out of 10

This is the most excited I've been about a plug in app I've installed. Setup was easy and Max from Koala helped test everything with my first discount to make sure it worked.

Today, Max helped me and he was awesome. The service provided was great!

Super easy to onboard and activate GWP offer. Works exactly as represented. Only had the app installed 1 day so far-- so I'll update the review in a month. But i LIKE the fact that the app doesn't mess with inventory. "Simply" uses Shopify Functions to modify the price. Auto-adds to cart. Auto removes from cart iof qualifying item or price threshold is no longer met. Meets all expectations. Thank you!

We just used this app for our first free product with purchase offer and it worked great! We had some questions before running the offer and someone answered right away with good suggestions. I recommend it.

Super simple to set up and even has a feature where, as you make an offer live, it will ask you if you'd like one of the team check over it to make sure it works the way you want it to. Gyte was super helpful and responded to my query almost immediatly. 5/5

Very easy to set up. I like how it allows different offer rules, specifically customer tags, and can be used as a benefit for loyalty program in addition to an upselling tool. support is superb, thanks to Gyte for helping to answer queries on Koala apps!

Max helped me setup the free gift and he had the product published in less then 5 minutes and the offer looks brilliant

The free gift was not applied to my orders correctly. As a result, I had to issue refunds to customers, and some did not complete their orders because they were being charged for the free gift.
