I have been facing an ongoing issue with the size chart integration on my website, and despite reaching out to Kiwi’s support team numerous times, the problem has yet to be resolved. Each time, I’m told the issue is fixed, only to find out it isn't. As a business owner running a clothing brand, an accurate size chart is critical for my customers, especially since over 50% of them use iOS devices, where the chart doesn't display correctly. This technical glitch has severely affected my conversion rate and sales, costing me thousands in ad spend. Despite countless assurances that the matter has been escalated, it remains unresolved, showing a complete lack of genuine support. My patience is beyond tested, and I cannot recommend Kiwi's services due to their inability to fix this basic yet crucial feature. Great App it''s realy make your work easy and organized. at first a got a problem when display on disktop pc's it took a while by support team to fix this issue. other than that it's a good choice . Tayseer M.
