Working as expected. Template pretty basic with no way to add graphics or a logo. As long as it brings people back to my store to complete purchases, I'm satisfied.

Fantastic integration with my Kit Skills. Easy to use interface that produces wonderful reports to track abandoned carts and tools to re-target those customers! Glad I found a great tool such as Kit Karts.

My VA, Kit, is working along side with Kit Karts in catching all the abandoned carts and had been emailing my customers to remind them of their abandoned orders. Kit Karts is perfect in helping me manage my business and my time. Thank you.

Great tool for finding missed sales.

Edited: Kit Karts stopped working. I have emailed twice (prior to todays email) and have only heard back to say they will look into it. At this point, I am disappointed and losing sales. Hopefully we can get it resolved. Works great and I appreciate the reminders! The only improvement would be to allow for a second reminder like a week or so later :)

super easy installation, lets get some abandoned sales....

I’m really with kit karts. It got me going with email and FB marketing. I’ve done FB in the past but I over think it and usually over spend in terms of dollars and more importantly in terms of time and brain power. With Kit it makes it so easy. She also makes it really easy to keep my fan page current with new content. This has always been an issue for Fan pages. I'm looking to learn more about effectively use Kit to grow my business. It's amazing at which the eCommerce business is changing. Kit is just one of the changes to help keep entrepreneurs up to speed.

UPDATED REVIEW**** This app works as promised, but there are some major flaw that have convinced me to look elsewhere. Firstly, the data being reported on the app seems to be incorrect. I attempted to work with support to correct this issue, but there was no support in verifying data. Secondly, you are unable to incorporate pictures into the abandoned cart, and as a clothing retailer, a huge need for us. Asked update updates in future but none were provided. I am decreasing my rating to a 3 star, as pictures a must have for us. Purchased this app after running the abandoned carts through Shopify with limited success. I found this app through the Kit Virtual Assistant App (along with a ton of other great apps). As a rapidly growing store, we are excited about the outsourcing of such critical money earning apps, and after one glance at the dashboard upon setup, we realized this app was something we wish we had found earlier!
