Impossible to customize email layouts (logo, colors, fonts, etc) - a big no-go!

Good, but is not possible to see what product are in the cart and wich customers let it.

Kit Karts has contacted me once about an abandoned cart, I also use Scout which has highlighted many more abandoned carts....

Love it...easy to use and well whats not to Love
