Awesome customer support!

I haven’t had any issues whatsoever, it was easy to set up, my customers have found it easy to use, I like that it sends an automated mail requesting the review (one less thing to worry about), the support too has been great, this might sound minute but I like that I could customise the colour of the stars to match my brand colours, the fact that the reviews are on the home page actually makes a difference for new customers. Although this app wasn't the perfect fit for me, it truly is an amazing app! You are also able to customize it to your branding which is nice. I had the opportunity to speak to Marcus who answered any questions and concerns that I was having about the app. He gave me all the clarification I needed and I will be redownloading in the future when it fits my needs!

We haven't been using Junip very long, and haven't dug into all of the offerings yet but so far we've enjoyed the helpful guides for getting started, and their support team has been wonderful. Excited to see what's ahead for us now that Junip is along for the ride.

Easy to use tool for gathering reviews! We also really appreciate the support we get from our Junip rep in maximizing review gathering campaigns, troubleshooting when needed, etc.

We recently migrated from Stamped to Junip and I was impressed with Junip's documentation and excellent chat support during that process. So far, been very happy with Junip. Would highly recommend to anyone that uses Stamped and is looking for a better reviews app.

I'm still a small store, but I've worked hard at collecting reviews and Junip makes it very easy! They have a nice free plan for getting started. I like collecting reviews via QR code, direct link, and of course the automation that emails customers after purchase. Junip - help us little guys out with more feature access so we can keep learning how to optimize the store of our dreams!

If you are on an expensive, stagnant or slow page speed reviews app you should just make the switch. With the support of the Junip team and their tools and automation we were able to fully migrate in a week and cancel our old service. The Klaviyo integration is really seamless and easy to set up from the start and we really didn't lose any time because we can also send campaigns to purchasers who purchased while we were mid-migration. Everything about using the product from the end user experience and the UI for managing is 5 start. If your unhappy with your current provider don't wait, just make the switch and you'll be glad you did.

The UI for managing your reviews/flows is easy to navigate yet comprehensive enough for what you're trying to achieve. Also their support team is super responsive and helpful with answering any questions. The pricing is also very reasonable for the features provided. I can't recommend them enough!

Junip is a 5-star review platform. Over many years, we had previously used Reviews.io, Stamped.io, Shopper Approved and Yotpo. We switched to Junip in 2022 partly because of the DEEP, DEEP integration with Klaviyo, as well as the on-page widgets (display UGC/reviews on site). It is also a very lean app -- page speed is not a concern as it was with other apps. The few times we needed support team, they were fast and professional. Can't say that for the others. We've been with Junip now for almost a year and we are thrilled with the product, and the opt-in rate for the review survey exceeds all other apps we had used. 5-stars!

They are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond. Great product that works seamlessly.

I love how easy and seamless the Junip set up was. It was super easy to transfer from our previous review app without interruption. I am very satisfied with the app!

Edit: still using Junip, it is hands down the best review app. We have been using Junip for more than 6 months and are delighted with how it has been working for our shop. We switched to Junip from another app we had used for years, and the difference is striking. First, Junip's admin dashboard is incredibly intuitive, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. Second, it's super easy for the customers to leave a review at any point after a purchase (not just after an email prompt). Third, the customer service is absolutely stellar. Most questions we had were easily answered with a search through the help docs. What wasn't found in the docs was resolved by chat. The Junip team is friendly, capable, and super quick to reply via chat. Lastly, the cost is very reasonable. We switched to Junip because we wanted an app that was more user-friendly both for us and our customers, and liked that Junip is a small business with a small team - just like us. We got everything we hoped for and so much more!

So far, my experience has been pretty good. I really like how robust the process is for users to easily upload media from their phones.

Amazing service. Marcus is always 5 steps ahead. He made leaving reviews for customers so easy, and now we're getting so many positive reviews! Very professional and always on time.

Great app, simple. Customer service was VERY responsive and very patient when I said I didn't know what I was doing. :) We are just free version for now, but it seems more than sufficient as we start out.
