I wanted an app that would be able to reach out to my past buyers and ask for a review. I'm also pretty picky about how the email looks...I wanted my branding and also had to have a very professional touch. Junip fit the bill! Not to mention they are easily accessible and so helpful for any questions. An A+ all the way around!

I can't recommend Junip enough. We first started with Yotpo, then switched to Okendo but we weren't thrilled with the design customizability nor the ease of review submissions. We switched to Junip and got up and running within days. Their team matched our brand aesthetic exactly and we immediately saw an uptick in review submission rates! I highly recommend.

I can't remember if I had an issue with this app, but I ended up going with another app that I was already using. I am leaving this review based on their customer service. Very kind, friendly and understanding. There were some misunderstandings from another developer, which Stuart advised very kindly. I have no doubt this is an amazing app, but certainly their customer service is enough to make me want to come back again. We need more people like Stuart. Wishing them much success.

I trialed a couple of apps before coming across Junip. I found them hard to navigate and couldn't figure out if they would do exactly what I needed. When I signed up to trial Junip, Marcus reached out straight away, introduced himself and offered his help should I need any assistance. He answered all my questions super quick and confirmed Junip could be used for site reviews instead of product reviews (which is exactly what I wanted). He also offered to set up the reviews on my website since my knowledge with this sort of thing is very limited! So far I'm very happy with how Junip looks on my website and that you can customise it to suit your theme. Really looking forward to receiving reviews with Junip now that I am all set up. Super easy to install and managed to get a few previous customers to give me a review which is nice! Still not entirely sure whether to keep it on my website due to the sort of thing I sell (www.emilyhare.co.uk) but hopefully it will inspire confidence in some!

They were really quick to help me set up and fix issues. I like the app and the design of the emails. Very efficient and painless.

So glad I made the switch to Junip. Love how communicative the support is. The plan includes Google Snippets and seems fast. Definitely ask for Robin if you need any help with setting up the theme, she was a huge help and was so quick to respond when I needed emergency assistance setting up on the weekend.

I've tested a few different review apps and Junip has them beat. They offer incentives for reviews right out of the box, have a clean UI and a very helpful customer service team

Had a Shopify Support helper, Tom O, recommended this to me and I absolutely love it. The monthly plan is cheap after the 14 day trial and it's easy to set up to boot. Thanks Tom!

Everything was fine until my physical address was released..now there is no way to remove it. I am not happy. ------ **Updated review; after being contacted by Stuart, and troubleshooting alternatives to remove my residential address I am satisfied. Even though my request was unable to be rectified due to legalities, the Junip team has gone above and beyond to assist me and make sure I am please with their app. I will keep the Junip app on my website for reviews, but will not send any campaigns out until I am able to have my own storefront.

Team was super helpful getting us setup, the interface is beautiful and very easy to use. Looking forward to seeing how Junip works for our store!

We use this APP to receive data from our clients who will attend our marriage retreat. The APP has been the best solution for our SHOPIFY store in capturing the data, emailing the data to us, and quantifying how many potential clients as well as clients are interested and attend our marriage retreats. The customer service is great!!!!

Honestly - most review apps on Shopify all do the same thing with minor differences here or there. For the cost, it's really hard to beat Junip. They offer more than most at their price point and most importantly - their customer service is super responsive and willing to do what's needed to solve the problem at hand. I'd highly recommend them.

Junip are just fantastic! We moved over to Junip at the end of last year, and their communication and platform are 10/10. Any issues, we just jump online and we get a response within 5/10minutes, it's brilliant! I would highly recommend!
