I use Judge me to personalize my website for my store, this app is very easy to use, it's a great company, their products are great, and I also get free and great service, and once I have a problem , they're always quick to help you out, even if it's just a small thing

The service is very considerate, the customer service staff is very patient, guide us step by step to set some details, very nice.

The app is great and useful but what is truly mind blowing is their support service - Last night i had 3 individual bugs that were all separately solved in a total of 5 minutes, with the utmost kindness and care (support member An x2 and Don) ... ok, and then this morning, Im chatting support again with a totally new issue - before i could even finish, Christian anticipated my question, and linked me the proper FAQ ... Again, the app is great if your looking for photo reviews, but what is truly impressive is being able to chat support for your issue, and have the resolution DONE in literally 5 minutes. I dont know if ive seen anything like it.

Incredible customer service from Gena and Fatima. Sorted all of my problems I had and were very friendly. Even coming with suggestions as to how my store could look better matching colours etc. Highly Recommend using this app and don't hesitate to reach out to them for any support! 5 Stars :)

Skeptical of universal 5 star reviews these days but I've had nothing but great experience so far with Judgeme. First time I've ever connected to an actual helpful human over the chat bot system just now with Don... A+.

I'm still setting it up, but it looks really straight forward and effective so far. The online assistance has been really prompt, friendly and helpful.

I have been using Judge.me for a long time and the customer support is unbeatable! No matter what time - always available, if I would like to have something changed in the design, it takes 5 min at most! Joseph was mega friendly and was able to help me super further. Can only highly recommend this app, for all who would like to enjoy confidence on their store!

I recently took over a site and was unfamiliar with the Judge.Me app. As I was looking into it - I got a pop-up suggesting I ask a question. I was able to learn how to use the app properly and have my issue resolved by their team in 5 minutes! Such great service!!! I highly recommend using this app
