Really love this app. I have already had many customers start leaving reviews. As a small handmade business, reviews really help our sales and gain the trust of potential customers. It is great to have the ability to approve them first as one reviewer recently left a great review but mistakenly selected only 1 star? I reached out to them and they easily changed the mistake and then I published the review to my site. I also love their import feature and I am about to use that feature more to import past reviews from other platforms. Just today I reached out to customer support on their Chat platform and was immediately greeted and got all my questions answered in under a few minutes. A great product with great customer support... what else could you ask for?? Thanks to the development team for a great product!!
