Truly amazing customer service from beginning to end. I would highly recommend especially if this is all new for you. Extremely knowledgeable, quick, pleasant, and helpful.

Just started using this app the other day to import reviews from my old shop. It works like it says it does, is pretty easy to configure, and generally just a solid free review app. What's most delightful is the support. Even on the free version you get access to phenomenal support chat that is fast both to reply and to fix any issues. I had some problems with the star counts showing on various blocks/pages and the experts at Judge.me replied within minutes and fixed my theme issues within minutes as well. Definitely upgrading to Awesome soon. The features aren't necessary but definitely quality of life and can help spruce up the appearance, automations, and integrations.
