These guys keep getting better and better. I have been with them for years. I just upgraded to the 2.0 theme and had some issues and Hakima took care of them in minutes!

I will say that they have awesome customer support and will work with you to help you achieve your goals. They were able to by pass the std setting to send review requests from the date of install forward and they did que up my previous sales prior to installing to send out to all my customers.

I got Super fast service and fixed my issues in seconds, Amazing customer support, was really good to see!

It's a really great app with so many options that I started seeing the 'reviewing world' in a different light. Very responsive customer service. The full plan is on the pricier side but it does give exceptional service.
