I just installed it, and had to make some revisions since I had old reviews under different product names. I used the customer service to help move those reviews to the new names and it was done very quickly. This might have been the best customer service experience I've ever had. 1/12/23 - Just had another experience with customer support and once again, replies were quick and exactly what I needed.

I love the live chat support. The customer service is fast and very helpful. They did all my requests to make the review carousel to match our website theme. The app is easy to use as well.

We switched to Judge me from another app that was missing some things we really wanted. We're very happy with Judge Me. The widget looks great and set up was really easy. The transfer of reviews went very smoothly. Judge Me's customer service is impeccable. They have been extremely responsive, usually replying to chat in a minute or less. The agents are well educated on how the app works and able to help immediately. We sent out emails to all of our customers for orders placed in the last two months. We had an immediate response and received over 100 reviews in a matter of hours. Most of these customers had already received review emails from the other app, but never responded. With our previous app, we only collected about 50 reviews over the course of a few months.

So far great experience! Chat support helps right away and setup was easy. They imported my reviews from another review product for me, which was helpful.
