Great product out of the box, with almost all the customization you could think of to make it fit your site. On top of that the customer support has also been incredibly fast and helpful providing everything I've needed (2x instances). Just had 3 more instances of tweaks I wanted and they were all completed within minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!

They provided excellent customer service for our chat inquiries. They solved our problem and we no longer need to try other review apps. Great features and great support, what more do we need? ---------- This is an additional review as it has been two months since the application was introduced. The 24-hour chat support is really great. They are quick to respond to any queries, moreover, everyone is speedy, accurate, helpful and friendly. I can continue to use the app without any worries.

While it's annoying that we have to rely on tons of paid apps just do provide basic functionality, this was definitely the best reviews widget we tried. The customer service is super fast and fixes things within a few minute of me reaching out. I can recommend this app.
