Great product and super responsive support team - seams like they are always online and able to solve all my issues/ answer my questions immediately. Sometimes just push CSS fixes for me (saving me from having to pay my developer to figure it out). Can't recommend them higher!

I believe the app offers many options to be used. I am currently on the free plan and started using it. So far I found it more difficult to install the app and load reviews via CSV files than on other review apps. Maybe there is a bit of an overkill of features and forms to be filled out. Perhaps I still have to get to know it better. The customer service is very helpful!
