Very helpful, fixed my problem within seconds. The live chat staff are very helpful. I had an issue with my pictures not showing and he fixed within 2 seconds.

Soufiane was very helpful and patient with me. i had previously deleted the app because i couldn't set it up. He helped me set it up and i'm thankful for that

good support on live chat. And were getting more reviews than we were with yotpo. We made the mistake of customising the email which for some reason listed the star rating from 5 to 1 so customers were getting confused and clicking 1 instead of 5. but once we went with their template it was fine
