Great support staff. Works right out of the box, and also lots of opportunity to refine and improve. I've just gotten started, and now learning to add store reviews as well as product reviews.

Really good app! They integrate well with all our other tools, and I have never seen anyone in the e-commerce space provide faster and better support through chat. Absolutely love this app.

I have been using this for a short period of time so I cannot speak to the effectiveness of conversion rate but the customer service is amazing. They answered every question I had until I was satisfied. 5 stars for customer support

Good app, with a very good customer car.

I really love Judge.me. The app is easy to use, and if you do have any issues, their customer service team are incredibly fast to resolve issues. Even the free version has quite a lot of customizability, which makes it the perfect option for when you're just starting out, but then the tools in the paid version are perfect for managing a large review database. Definitely recommend them.

I think it is very nice and very helpful, the assistant is also very nice and professional, and solved a lot of my problems, I recommend it.

Been using this app on multiple stores. It is a versatile highly customizable app with fast and experienced support. They really take customer reviews a step forward. Also easy to integrate with Klavyio.

Je tiens tout de même à préciser la qualité du service support car ils sont très réactif au de la de mes attentes et leurs aides à été grandement appréciées car elles étaient précises, compréhensives et simple malgré la barrière de la langue, les techniciens étaient d'une gentillesse qu'il faut savoir faire remarquer car ce n'est pas toujours évident quand on ne s'y connaît pas ! Je recommande !
