Great product and fast response from customer service. Most of the time, the app developer got complacent once they are established, but not Judge.me. The app is easy to understand and use, it covers a wide range of functionality which is enough for most people to boost their websites. Price is good, especially when you subscribe when they're having offers.

I used this app to help build customer confidence in our products. It has worked really well, and we have a number of customers who have left reviews on our site. The support team is also amazing, whenever I have a question, they are speedy and friendly with their response. The app is easy to use once you get used to it. I have tried other similar apps that were just too difficult to manage. This one ticks all the boxes.

I installed this about 2 weeks ago and I love it! The features are amazing. I love the fact that I can send follow up emails to customers asking them to leave us a review. The customer service team is also very helpful. They helped me with importing the reviews from my old review app and manually installed the code in my theme.
