I'm on free plan and I wanted to integrate Judge.me to React (shopify storefront), and they were more than helpful. Definitely one of the best support which you can get, warm recommendation.

I've been using this app for a while and love everything about it. BUT, my hat goes off to the exceptional customer service!! Patrick is the MAN. We recently changed themes and almost everything broke, mid meltdown Patrick came in and fixed everything up for us. Truly some of the best customer support I've had. This app is very nice compared to other review apps out there, Its fairly easy to use and navigate, and customer service is always so friendly. Response times are amazing, they always reply very quickly, usually in a matter of minutes.

Judge.me is the best, most cost effective review solution available for Shopify. I've used it in multiple stores, and nothing compares. Plus they have amazing customer service!

It works great. It helps me get reviews from buyers. I use it with my Shopify store. It also organizes and displays reviews from other platforms.

its a bit complicated to use - but worth understanding it... the support on the app is also really good

I love Judge.me! It's easy to use and customise, looks great on my site and the support is outstanding! I needed a bit of help reinstalling the app after I updated my website theme, I received a response within minutes and they fixed everything for me. Very impressed!

Very good support. Helped me sort out duplicate reviews and some formatting issues really quickly thank you.

We used judge.me to help to import reviews from amazon listings, it is fantastic by importing unlimited numbers of reviews. And the cs helped to delete the reviews that we have wrongly imported, they also helped us to make a trigger for the review badge on the top of all product pages so that by clicking the badge the customers could skip to the review widget. The only thing that they should improve is the speed of uploading reviews to the pages, it usually takes a few mins to make them appear.

Our company has not been using this for long, but we can see some feedback review from costumers. We also gained some traffic. Hope for more good features. Thanks.
