The best review app on a market! The support team is unbelievably fast and smart! Highly recommended!

Easy to use, customer service is pretty quick, a few more basic questions answered on the FAQ page would be helpful.

This app and the Customer Service to support it is amazing! I only added the app to my Shopify site tonight and wanted to import Customer Reviews from my old platform, but the verification badge didn't automatically apply. In speaking with Customer Service via chat, I was able to prove the reviews were real and receive the verification badge. Hopefully this helps someone else if they have the same issue!

Working in Shopify is brand new to me. I was about to give up on the Judge.Me app when I came across the chat support feature. I spoke to Dong and he was SUPER AWESOME!!! I was a bit confused with all the features and about to quit the app and try another one. But Dong saved the day! Much thanks and appreciation. He patiently and clearly explained how the features worked and it all met my needs. I had a million questions for him and he sent me screen shots and explained everything. You saved a customer and we would definitely recommend this app to friends. If you are new, I would recommend sticking with this app and sticking with it. Thanks Dong!!

We love Judge.me. Been using them for years. They do exactly as what you need for a review app, but cost a reasonable amount, unlike YOTPO. The support is also super helpful and quick! High recommend!

Our team loves this app—it's the best bang for the buck in reviews! If there are customization settings you'd like to make happen but aren't able to find in the settings, don't hesitate to reach out to their support team. I most recently worked with Cesar and he was able to answer all of my questions and get us set up with what we needed. We're glad to be working with them!

I wanted to customize the comments widget in two columns for mobile devices, I contacted the support team at 11 pm and surprisingly they attended me at that time!!!!! And in a matter of minutes they helped me to make and complete that request! I highly recommend this application, it has all the basic features you need at an incredibly affordable price!

This app in combination with Shuttle made importing my reviews a breeze! The reviews on my store also look very cohesive with my theme which is amazing! Customer service was also very receptive and helpful when I had questions.

it is helpful for judge.me badge to be in our header for both you and me. I specified exactly how I wanted this be and provided a screenshot ... but still painstakingly had to guide the process step-by-step ... and even then the badge was not tested by your developer to be clickable ??

Really happy I found this app! It works great for collecting reviews, importing reviews from other platforms and creating the google shopping feed. Also looks really nice on the pages, which is definitely a plus. The backend is easy to navigate and customer support always quick and helpful. Highly recommend!
