The app works well and the tech support is very responsive. They helped us with multiple issues within a few minutes of opening the chat. The app is also good if you have multiple stores across different regions. We were able use product reviews across all our stores.

Great service, the review system is pretty good, the customer service is amazing. I have asked the team a few things the last week or so and nothing was too hard to do, they fixed a few reviews that were in the wrong spot for me, they allowed the reviews to show up on the front page which they were not doing at the time until i asked, a customer did not use the email they purchased from my store with, so support verify it for. Defs will recommend this service to anyone with a ecomm store

We've been using the Free tier for a while, and it's absolutely worth it. This is the second review app we've used and it nails it. We just upgraded to the Awesome Tier and somehow it's even more worth it!
