Absolutely wonderful review app- it was just what we needed. We are looking forward to growing with Judge.me. I love how it displays reviews and makes it so people cant spam fake reviews as well. I messaged really late in the evening/early morning with a few technical questions and someone replied right away. I was so impressed. they not only replied they pointed me to what i had set up incorrectly and helped me fix it promptly as well. Love Judge.me

I have received over 80 5 star reviews with this app and love how the app does the hard work for me of sending follow up emails to leave a rating. I also reached out to customer service for help and heard back with a solution in 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this app for anyone with an online business!

It is so easy to import and verify existing reviews from other platforms, set up email templates and rewards for writing a review. SUPER user friendly! It was a breeze to install. I did have a few issues with widget text font visibility after integration, but the live chat support was right there; Phat was super helpful and went in & personally fixed the issue for me! Love that. I was truly about to unistall, but the IMMEDIATE support saved the day. Loving it so far and already upgraded to Awesome and it's worth it so far!
