Just down loaded the app today. I have been working through setting it up to launch our loyalty program. I ran into a slight issue and reached out to support. Emily quickly resolved my issue and I am back at customizing our program. Thank you Emily.

I've been in the process of setting it up and it's very intuitive and the support is great. I have high hopes when I make it live.

I like to simplicity of setting up the app for your store. Although there are a few options I wish was available for earning points but overall good. What I definitely like is the prompt customer support you receive by chat. Agent Jasmine is really good at explaining, showing examples and is patient to hearing your concerns.

So far the app did not generate any benefits for the store, perhaps it takes some time for the customers to understand & acomodate with the loyalty programs or with referrals. One aspect that the app lacks is full translation control. There are a few pieces of text that can't be translated. All in all it seems to be a good app, let's see the benefits of it. A good bonus is the response team which is very responsive and willing to help, I've discussed with 3 people already and they all helped a lot!

I use this app for my loyalty rewards. Very easy to use. I like the features you can customize. You will need the paid version to have more of a branded experience.
