Very Nice Interakt product with Shopify. All products sync with complete details. Interakt dashboard very user friendly. if its connected with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory / Zoho Commerce also it will be very much useful.

Automated campaigns and catalog feature works well. Sending one-time campaign could be a bit costly if you have a large customer base. Overall a recommended platform.

The initial setup takes a bit of time. But over it seems to be worth it. The app could incorporate more features though.

The shopify catalog connects easily. It is very easy to connect with customers. Abandoned cart campaigns are helping our business alot to recover the abandoned carts.

The catalog connected with in minutes. This one is a great app for campaigns and catalog. The only concern is that only 10 collections could be enabled at once.

Have been using Interakt for a month now. The customer support is really responsive and helpful. Really liked the automated messaging and notification system which keeps the hustle for you out of hand. Would recommend this platform for all the eCommerce businesses like ours.

The catalog setup was easy, collections collections sync seamlessly. The account setup took a bit of time but the support was there throughout.

We are using Interakt for more than a year now and recently launched our WhatsApp only Store named "Fresh2U.in" with the help of Interakt and Shopify. The main support was provided by Interakt and they helped us to setup the whole integration through Facebook, Shopify and finally WhatsApp. Their features and support has been GREAT and the best part is Interakt provides a personalised attention to our problem and solves them. I will recommend you to use this integration and you will be very happy with it.

Our onboarding experience with whatsapp sales channel was great. They patiently took us through each step and made the process smooth for us. We liked the part where each customer chat has the customer data readily available for the CRM to refer to and help the customer out on the basis of that information.

INTERAKT is not Facebook/Meta. Please be adviced that this is an unprofessional Indian company working on behalf of them. The system has several bugs, problems. This is unnacceptable when it comes to a Whatsapp API, one of the most important aspects of a business in today's world. The team does not respond to our doubts via email. They have ignored and stoped responding after 2 weeks of use. We have several emails that have not been attended. The same goes for their Whats App service, they never respond and only work during Indian Hours. Which is unnacceptable for a worlwide service provider. Their agents are not capable of helping, they need to write down the doubts and go to the programer. It does not work as they do not speak english properly and there are several missunderstandings. Last, they have missed scheduled appointments. It was at 7am for us and they did not show up. We have evidence of all this. If this were a provider of any app then we would not complain. As a big company we are not used to deal with such unprofessional behaviour. We expected more due that it is part of the Facebook/Meta family. It is quit sad that FB invested in this type of company instead of devoloping the project bythemselves and avoid problems.

Pricing and product is good, support can be improved. rest all is great to go about! specially quick replies , ready made sales templates.

Catalog seems to have limitations if the products have variation. I hope Whatsapp addresses this flaw. Apart from that automation and notification works well.
