I have been ordering from this company for awhile now. their products are great quality! the website is pretty easy to use. my only negative comment is that im not able to use it on my phone i can only se it through my laptop.

The quality is amazing. Great faux-leather, stitching quality is very good and the prints are amazing: bright, crisp and detailed. Shipping costs are very reasonable (There are also affordable options too), tracking works!!! The items are very nicely packaged (nothing arrived damaged) and the amount of time they take to make+Ship is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I would recommend them highly. I’ve had a good experience with them thus far. They’ve been helpful and prompt in their responses. I definitely am happy I made the switch from printful to inkedjoy! Wendy and Ashley have been especially helpful and have made this experience great!

I have been building my product line and am happily using Inkjoy for many products. They have quality items at good price points. I have full color images that are able to be used on all of their products and they look vibrant and the colors look great. I am very happy with the large selection of products all in one place.

They have been able to source most products that we had sold-out on to ensure we meet our customers' demands. Ultimately their product and services offers a wide range with a quick turnaround experience. I would recommend to other fellow-like merchants would like to expand and trust in a service. Also, Rosy from Eprolo has been a delight to work with

As long as inkedjoy needs me to pay for something they are attentive, like when they needed me to pay for their branding service, but I have asked them multiple questions through their chat/ticketing system and they have not responded to me. I had a question about my first order, and they quickly sent me a tracking number when I placed the order, but the tracking number does not have any data in it, so I can only assume that they haven’t shipped it yet. I asked multiple times as to the status and have gotten no response.

So far, I have had great experiences with InkedJoy. Their customer service rep Wendy is very attentive and responsive to your needs and questions. I look forward to expanding my catalog of print on demand products with them.

They are SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL! They refuse to issue a refund! So, I got involved with these scammers on my own and really regretted it. I wrote to their support team to have the design printed in the center of the pocket, but they still printed it so that half was on the pocket and half on the shirt. I sent a photo, but they wrote that this is how it should be and that they will not issue a refund! If you have problems with a design, then you should know that they won't help you at all! You'll also have to pay for shipping back such a bad quality item!

I've been working with InkedJoy (EPROLO) since 2020 and have been happy with the service so far. Wendy is a true gem to work with. When I ran a biz on Etsy, InkedJoy became one of the primary PODs I worked with. Now with Shopify, the working relationship continues. When a friend was looking to source additional income to offer products, I suggested to her InkedJoy. I gave her the links, plus a few tips on how to make it a profitable venture for her. What's great about InkedJoy is if you have any concerns that need to be addressed, just ask. They always have an answer for everything.
