Unable to create an account. Keeps on saying that a code will be sent by email, but a code is never sent not in primary box or spam. Tried multiple times with different email addresses. There is no contact information so it’s impossible to get in touch with them.

IH delivers! What really impresses us is the user interface. They've taken a very complex process and simplified it on a very easy to use and intuitive platform. Every little part of the process has been thought of and the integrations with shopify are fantastic. I can't say enough about how this has changed our ability to grow our business and connect with high value influencers. Highly highly recommend this product.

Influencer Hero is a great tool to finding, onboarding, and managing influencers all in one platform. Their dashboard is particularly useful to see where in the relationship a particular influencer is, whether you've reached out to them versus if they've posted on their socials. If you need a platform to mass gifting or have a mass outreach, their platform helps you do that with just a click of a button. The only drawback is that it is more difficult to onboard 1 creator without creating a separate campaign for them. Overall, there are many capabilities to utilize here.

Love this all-in-one app, specially the influencer finder, campaign management and influencer payouts features that would save us so much time and manpower. We are so excited with such user-friendly app, great customer support as well.

The staff is incredibly helpful, and the app offers features that others lack. I'm optimistic that I'll find enough value in the app to justify its cost, especially given its user-friendly interface. I hope future updates will include more automation features, particularly with AI, as many administrative tasks within the app could be fully automated to save even more time.

I am new to Influencer Hero but so far so good. There are a lot of feature and capabilities. And great support!

With any app, there's always room for improvement. The thing I most like is the email flow, funnel builder. The ability to build funnels so communication can be automated. I also appreciate the AI generated personal intro-- while I don't always use it, it's informative. I would like to see more ways to filter and the ability to do comparisons between influencers.

The platform is intuitive and easy to manage and the team was very helpful in the onboarding process. I would highly recommend it.

I don't think it can get easier than this. Influencer Hero has all the tools, all in one and I really like how they've integrated AI into it to make finding, managing, and communicating with influencers that much easier. The customer support is also top notch. They are very friendly and ready to help. I loved the demo, onboarding, and continued support thereafter!

We've been testing a few affiliate platforms, but Influencer Hero stands out among the rest. The onboarding was seemless and they seem to really understand marketing as a whole. Both people I spoke with were extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic to help us. We look forward to what the future holds.

Very helpful staff. App has many features others do not. I hope I am able to extract enough value from the app to justify the cost. Given the interface, I believe I will be able to. I hope in the future updates are added to automate many more task in conjunction with Ai. Honestly, most of the action being done within this app by an administrator could be completely automated saving even more time.
