Wow. Customer service is absolutely AMAZING. Logan has helped me for 2 days answering any and all questions I threw his way. He has ultimately helped me 100% with everything and my shop is now completed! He was so nice and broke things down for me to understand because I am not good with computers at all! He went above and beyond!

Amazing app that does what it claims, installation and options creations were definitely a breeze too, in comparison with other product option apps. Definitely one app I would recommend...furthermore it's free! (: Although I would also encourage to engage their paid services to do the installation properly as I did it myself but the appearance looked messy and the alignment was "off" in the mobile browser so in my opinion, the $20 one-time fee was worth it as it saved me time and headaches to try to fine-tune the code on my own. Logan was extremely responsive and pleasant to work with as he was very efficient and did the appearance as per my request. Thumbs up! (:

I started to panic when I couldn't have more than 100 variants on Shopify then thankfully I found Infinite Options! Easy to set up and customise for all the gift sets I need for Christmas. I installed it myself and the code wasn't sitting quite right with alignment in my theme, I wasn't able to fix it so emailed customer support and got a super quick response from Mandy who was able to quickly get Logan to jump into my theme and fix it so it's sitting nice :) thank you so much Mandy and Logan for amazing fast customer service! Highly recommend using this app, so many customisable options it's great!

I'm trying to set up radio button variants for my listings, and the app is inconsistent with which products it will add the variants to. Example: I add the tag "honey bee necklace"in your app (which covers several of my bee necklaces that have that tag in the listing), however not all of those listings will have the radio buttons. I have to then go back into my listings and add Shopify's variants. Very time-consuming and not worth it.

I'm so happy with this app! Each of my products has a variety of personalization options and this app makes it simple and easy to add the options to my items. I tried to install it myself but decided to pay to have it professionally installed and am so happy that I did. Turnaround was fast. My shop looks so much more professional. All of my option boxes are the same size (which is perfect for the accountant in me) and they load so much faster. Thanks for a fantastic product that is easy to use!!

This is a must have for shops that have different finishing options! I recently came across a small hiccup and customer service was able to take care of it right away!

Excellent app. Does exactly as advertised and was easy to install. I did have a small issue relating to hiding the product bundle data on the cart page, but Mandy from tech support was on it right away. Can't say enough about their support. Truly outstanding!

Super easy to use, and was really helpful to showcase all the variants we have to offer because of the short limit from Shopify. One thing: I think it should be possible to copy one label from one option to another. That would have saved me an additional load of time. but cant complain overall great product, much needed thanks!
