The online chat personnel have been wonderful helping answering questions and setting up my app correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately this app just doesn't meet our needs. While the options sync well within the platform and the price does adjust on the product page, when added to cart, it creates multiple products within the cart which is much too confusing for the customer. If you're just looking for an app that can create bundles, this will work well for you. If you have a complex product with many different variants, this app sadly falls short.

I needed assistance with some customisations to match the current swatches in our store and the team were super helpful, quick to respond and really clear in their comms. Our theme is not live yet so this review relates specifically to customer assistance and customisation requests :)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Finally, an app that can create add-ons both required and optional as well as have more come up conditionally if others are selected, and here's the big one for me - from other inventory items and adjust the price shown on the product page. I searched high and low for an app that does this and couldn't find anything like it. As a bonus the team has been amazing, I needed some help with an in-cart issue due to my theme and adjusting a few things and they've been so helpful, quick and kind.

Highly recommend this to anyone who needs to add personalization to the listings. I had a couple questions and customer service got back soooo quickly and resolved all my issues without a hitch.

This app allows me the ability to add all the options I need for a business that is based off custom work. Incredibly user friendly, with step by step instructions and videos. And in the chance that you need help with something, the live chat feature is amazing with super fast customer support! This app makes it so we can have all the product options we need, it really is infinite. Their customer service is top notch. They reply to you in chat instantly and fix your issues so fast. I never worry about little bugs when we launch new products because they always help me get things perfect right away. Definitely worth every penny! Wish other apps had customer service this great! Infinite Options allows us to sell custom products with endless options. On top of it being a great app, the customer support is excellent. I had a question and I was helped very quickly and had my question answered along with recommendations to improve a product option.

I have had this app for a while and have had several other similar apps in the past...this one allows you to organize more simply by putting a tag on the option to align it with the product instead of marking products with the different options ( very time consuming and confusing) if you have a lot of items or tags. I am overhauling my store and really needed this to function well and ABBY AND DANIEL W have really stepped up to help! I'm all set up! Thanks Infinite Options!

Great customer service! App was easy to install and is working great and they were very helpful with some custom styling.

Fantastic app with great pricing. With Infinite Options I am able to add custom sections to my products. For example, I sell handmade dog apparel so I can ask a client to provide their pup's measurements and weight. I can also ask them if they want a harness opening and also add an additional add-on price. Other options available too like color swatches. I needed some adjustments made and Emily from their customer service was great! She took care of my style preference within a day. Thanks EMILY!! Today 8/23/23 I worked with Jordin S. He assisted with changing the look of my color swatches and adding the titles to each swatch when hovered over. He was prompt, efficient, polite and got the job done! So far everyone from this company is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things. Thanks Jordin S.!!

Great app for adding customized variants to your products in Shopify! I needed a field for customers to add their personalization requests for customized backpacks and jackets. I had the customers adding the info to the 'Notes' section at checkout, but they kept forgetting. With Infinite Options, I was able to add the personalization field to the individual product page for those specific items. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I purchased a 3rd party Shopify theme and couldn't figure out how to add the necessary code to my theme to complete the Infinite Options install. I emailed customer service and they requested collaborator access then added it to my theme for free in less than 12 hours! I was shocked and so grateful! Would definitely recommend!
