Had a little trouble with installation in our heavily customized template, and Robert took care of it in record time. When we asked for help, I expected an email asking 10 questions about our template and the specifics of what we needed, and instead I got, "OK, all done!" Thanks a million!

Simple and straightforward app to use. The suggestions are concise and clear. I haven't had a chance to implement them yet, so I can't speak to results but initially my impression is great!

Absolutely LOVE this app!!! Plus the awesome customer service that comes with it! They are always prompt to answer my questions and help me out. I am very new to all of this and I am thrilled to be able to add the customization options to my theme! It looks very professional and works well!

All I wanted to do was have my online customers create their own assorted box of products, and this app does it for free pretty easily. I was afraid of pasting the code in the wrong area so the support staff replied to my email very quickly and did it for me. It helped solve my needs and now my customers can order a custom box of products!

Good app, the only thing is you cant change the required box once you have saved the information. I have found you have to delete it and re add the product Thats the only thing I would recommend members are able to do.

Very good app with a superb support team! We needed some customizations to the css in order to integrate the look & feel with our website & they did it in a charm, for free! Highly recommended.

Excellent app!!!!! I needed to add a fourth option and was having difficulty getting it set up and working. Ryan was so helpful and had it working within minutes for me. He showed me how to change everything and I was able to follow the directions very easily. Can't thank him enough!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

I integrated infinite options onto my shopify website but was having a few difficulties with the implementation. Imagine getting your whole store built then finding out you can't add a note field that half of your products require! I was ready to panic until I saw this app. It is exactly what I need for the products on my site and I couldn't be happier with it. When I couldn't figure something out, the response to my query was quick and very helpful. I am very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app. Keep up the good work!

I just started Shopify and was impressed with what I read about this app. I am not comfortable with html/coding at all, so when the instructions (which were very easy to understand) gave the option to have Shoppad do the install--I was happy to send them an email. Within hours Robert had contacted me and the job was done. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Once I got into applying the app (which was also very easy to do) I found that it did not offer a specific feature our shop requires. I contacted Robert again to doiuble-check, in case I had over looked. He was again, friendly, honest and happily uninstalled the app for me. He is forwarding our interest of being able to save customization sets to apply to specific groups of products on to the developers, and will let me know if/when that feature becomes available. I was very impressed with the helpful level of customer service provided by Robert at ShopPad, and had we not needed a specific option for our shop, would have enjoyed using this app.

Terrific litte app' - especially for the price. The support is absolutely outstanding! - we required a couple of minor formatting changes needed to fit our theme which took one email to support and was implemented in about 5 mins. Outstanding service - 5 stars!

Overall the app and support is excellent, we highly recommend it. You can have a different option box for every product. Setting the product options are very simple and straight forward. This was the experience: After installing, we had some small glitches and we actually tried a few of the other similar apps... well... the team at theshoppad.com got in touch with us to see what happened and to see how they can help. We reinstalled the app and saw the issues quickly resolved. We then asked the support team about several important features necessary to make our 'custom options' work for our customers and they quickly made sure all was working as expected. You can specify several different options on a per product basis very easily and the support will be there to help you. Thank you very much ShopPad Inc.
