Not only is it FREE, but the support staff are so friendly (Alan) and so kind to answer back to even the silliest of questions (where's this option or that option.. etc.) Fantastically easy to navigate and apply to select products (EXACTLY what we needed for our Personalized Ornaments). This app was just what we needed to add the option to monogram items from our store. After lots of phone time with Shopify and lots of research, this was a great solution! The only thing that would make it better would be the option to have an additional charge for the monogramming, however we were able to figure out a solution through the app for that as well and with a little work on out end, have been able to avoid a $20 or more monthly charge for apps that allow you to charge fees for monogramming. Overall, this is the best free app out there for this kind of thing!

So easy to set-up. Does exactly what I need. Would like to easily be able to adjust padding in-between fields someday but this is a very polished and powerful app as-is. I can't say enough about all ShopPad apps ... they really were essential to our decision to switch platforms.

Loving this App it does exactly what it says and is very easy to use. Its one of the most useful apps I have used. I used their white glove service which meant set up was fast and seamless. Noah and Alan were AMAZING helping me remove some pre existing product option code which was causing me a headache. I emailed them to ask how I could fix it and they emailed back and said we have done it for you, which was very kind of them. Just shows that these guys are masters of customer service no wonder they get 5 star ratings from everyone using their apps. Thanks guys you really do rock :-)
