Reviews for Infinite Product Options

I wanted to like this as it's free compared to "PRODUCT CUSTOMIZER" which costs money. This comes with similar features like allowing you to have more options but it's not as easy to use. You have to go digging around in the code and even then things don't work as smoothly. - Setting "Required" options did not work. No error message when user didn't set it. - The custom options make the page refresh again after it's already loaded. The window jumps around which is a little distracting and confusing for users. It seems that the way it's coded, the options aren't cached with their CDN and so part of the options/descriptions loads first before the others do. Really annoying. The app seems great, it just needs that extra 2% of polish to really work well. I appreciate the effort but will be going back to PRODUCT CUSTOMIZER.

Infinite Options is a an easy to use tool that allows you to add custom forms fields to any or all of your products. Their interface works directly within Shopify and does not link you to another URL. However, where Infinite Options (ShopPad) shines is there customer service. Being a free app I did not expect to get much technical support - yet I got very fast support that solved my problem in one email! If you are looking for a way to customize your product/ service pages with option forms, Infinite Options is worth using!

Great free app for something that one would expect Shopify to have built-in

Customer service without a doubt is an 11/10. I could not be more happy with the product. Simple to use, and FREE! I really can't believe it. I would 100% recommend ShopPad to any one, honestly.

Versatile app that really took the pain out of some customizations we were trying to implement. Easy to install and configure and customer service was really exceptional when we needed help.

Love this. Allowed me to add all the fields I needed to my store to get it right to where I needed it to be. Very good customer service too.

This is a really nice app and easy to install, and the support is instant and thorough and helpful and friendly, much like Shopify themselves. It worked perfectly for me and adapts to the site design really well. The fact that it is completely free is just wonderful. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to customise their products and not wanting to add huge amounts to their monthly billing cycle! An absolute must for smaller businesses and start ups. Well done guys!

I have absolutely no hesitation in leaving a 5-star review on this app - but it is important for you to understand that I'm not leaving this with a perfect score because this is a "free app". No - that wouldn't be fair. I've researched a lot of apps that were alternatives to this and while yes, they were all paid - the implementation involved was also way more complicated. Okay, some not so complicated - but NOTHING as do-it-yourself as this one. Thanks IO team - more power to you in the days to come!

Thanks for building this App. This is a great App but somewhat limited. It doesn't give you price options where you can select a button to add an option to the product and price. Otherwise, its good for adding lots of options. Again great App for the price (Free) Also Other Apps have price options and file uploads. FileUpload App is waaay too expensive. Others are giving all for $7.99/month.
