So far this app has been great (haven't had any customers use the new fields though I did do a test purchase). It has meant I can have customers enter text for a personalised product on the product page itself. Previously they had to add it in special instructions on the cart page with no confirmation. Now the details are on the cart page and they also get it in the email confirmation.

help desk was very knowledgeable concerning my issue. they listened careful to my issue and provided a clear and quick solution. They were patient and waited while I implemented and tested the quick fix. Great job!

This is a fantastic app. I sell customized items on my site and this was the only product I found that works beautifully. My template was a custom written site that didn't work with this app right out of the box, but the exceptional support ensured that it now works exactly how I wanted it. I used the White Glove Service for installation and it was done the same day! I've already added the function to my first listing and I love how I can personalize each option and how it review the options once in the cart! Great app, very happy!!

Awesome. Pretty straightforward to install and really easy to customize. I used it to offer customization on tee shirts. I'd highly recommend it.

Infinite Options is best application

I can recommend this app for your store. The app is easy to setup and if you get into trouble the developer helps you out with a smile.

I was very hesitant to give this app a try as it is free. I read the reviews and I gave it a shot. To my surprise, the app works well and the support is very helpful. They have a video tutorial and documentation to help with installation. They offer an installation service that is only $20 (one time charge) if you have difficulty installing it yourself. You can't really ask for more.
