I had an issue with how my orders were showing up on the Shopify order screen where the variants were not listed for us to prepare our orders correctly. These variants were handled by the Infinite App by ShopPad. One call into ShopPad and they looked into the issue that ended up being a coding problem and they fixed it within minutes. I was very happy with their service and prompt response.

Difficult at first. I was familiar with coding and it was not coming out right but the customer service helped me within minutes. 1 easy fix and it was exactly what i wanted. Plus you cant beat FREE! 5 Stars Earned

Great experience, great customer service

The app is fine. A little confusing at first and no so easy for beginners, but it all worked out fine. I had an issue and sent an email to customer service and heard back quickly with detailed instructions. There was also a nice follow up email. Noah was especially helpful and pleasant.

Great quality apps that work exactly how you want them to! Awesome customer support that will answer any question you have. Will continue to use their apps!

While the app does not do EVERYTHING that I want (you can not have a text box hide when a radio button is clicked. AKA conditional logic), I STILL find it very helpful and useful. I had an issue with my theme, so I emailed theshoppad, and I got a good non-form response quickly. I would recommend this app to others. And it's free! so that makes it super awesome :)

As much as I like the idea of this app it is incredibly non functional. I had 35 sales the day I launched the app and none of the variable options were included in the order summary. Not only did my customers not have any confirmation of what they ordered, I had no idea what to send them. I later had to create a survey monkey survey to gather the information. For this reason the app gets 1 star because it truly can not perform it's primary function.

I am really liking these options and the flexibility. Thanks!

Two ways I judge any purchase: 1) Ease of use 2) Support These folks rock on both. Even though I have an (old) background in code, it gives me the heebie jeebies nowadays. I'd rather not deal with it. Their instructional videos are superb! Pretty hard to make a mistake with how clearly they explain setup and use. I was having minor issues regarding field options, so I sent a support email. They responded as soon as they arrived in the office and were super communicative through an email dialogue of troubleshooting. I'm about to launch an e-commerce company, and their app made a huge customization hurdle incredibly simple. Now I hope my customer service is as good as theirs.

no ability to alter price based on options. Largely useless app....

Excellent app, works flawlessly. And great support. Highly recommended.

The lack of variant options has really been a battle but this is fantastic. Our line is customizable and this makes the user interface easy. Plus it was simple to install and get going. Thank you
