I am using this app to set up various delivery rates and different locations with numerous product lead times and conditions and they have been prompt and very helpful in getting things fixed when I had issues. Siva has been extremely helpful in assisting me in trouble shooting all my variant products and has saved me an enormous amount of time and energy. So it has been much appreciated. I would highly recommend this product especially with is encompassing service. There have been many options to make contact, whether it be screen sharing, setting up zoom calls and assessing spread sheet data.

Excellent app and easy to use. Best part is the customer service. I scheduled a zoom meeting which lasted about 30 minutes. I shared my screen and let them take control, they helped me set everything up on my store and I will continue to work with their app. Also did I mention it is extremely affordable ? $$$

The customer service response is quick and they are patient and thorough. Annie fixed my issue and helped me configure something to better work for me. Very happy with customer service! The app is intuitive and easy to use but I still had to contact support on some stuff. Pick-up customers are also asked to enable their location services which seems like an unnecessary step for a pick-up customer. For those reasons I give the app 4 stars, but the customer service is a 10.

We offer fresh bread delivery on certain days and locations via local delivery. We also offer pick-up on farmers market two days a week. Besides we ship all over Slovenia our natural syrups under Saint Lorenz brand. In Store Pickup Local Delivery app enables all this. This app manages to resolve some of the major pain points that we have for delivery and pick-up services, especially with Siva being very helpful and patient during the whole process, from explanation to integration. I must say! We have been using this plug-in for 2 months, and Siva is still providing the best service he can! for us! I have a few enquiries and he was able to suggest a solution to go about it too! E.g., having to send customers notifications a day before before the order goes out. So KUDOS to SIva & team! Amazing speed at finding solutions!

The app was a breeze to put up from LogBase's wonderful customer service. I scheduled a zoom call and with Sreeman's (a logbase rep) help, we were able to set up the program seamlessly. Sreeman also helped point out some other issues and improvements I could make to my website and how it could be accomplished. So far have had no issues with the app and my customers love the new and improved checkout! Highly recommend.

The team here is extremely available and helpful! Whenever I need to make changes (which has been a lot!) they are there to help and assist and solve. Setting up sessions is easy, and even when I send emails they reply promptly. I never feel like I have to wait to fix something, which is critical when running a small business. I am not techy at all so this assistance for me has been very helpful and appreciated.
