Their service is amazing. They always go above and beyond when it comes to tweaking the app to work better for my scenario and to help me get things set up. The app works as described and has not given me any significant issues and the few things I did have due to conflicts with other apps, the support team fixed quickly.

I have a small flower online shop and installed Pickeasy app for client to be able to choose the time and method of delivery or pick up, I had a minor issue with how it worked with my online Shopify store , but Pickeasy set up a zoom meeting to resolve the issue, Dinesh called me and was very helpful and patiently helped to solve the issue, so app now running perfectly, I recommend them if you need an app for delivery or pickup .

This app was perfect for us when we were doing curbside pickup for the last few years. It saved me so much time by scheduling all the orders. Easy to use. Great customer service when I did have a small issue. They solved it over Zoom. I deleted it as we’re not taking pickup orders now, but I will definitely reinstall this app if we return to pickups or deliveries.

I just launched my store and was having an issue with my product lead times so requested a Zoom call. I am not tech-savvy, however, they were patient and walked me through the resolution. Great customer service!!

ALWAYS great customer service.. I was greeted with a chat pop up window where a real agent joined right away. This has been the case every time I've had to troubleshoot. They assisted with my issue then also showed me how to update it myself for next time. Very happy with this!

Really helpful. So far so good, customer service is not always there, time zone problems maybe, and sometimes this app will conflict with other apps, please make like multi-discount app can not work together with this app

Tried another delivery/pick up app which was just okay. Decided to give this one a shot and let me tell you ... SO GLAD I TRIED THIS ONE! It literally does everything I need including different prep times for different products. It was pretty simple to get going, I just needed a couple of tweaks which support got done extremely fast. They knew and understood what I was talking about, fixed it in almost real time. This is the type of support I'm talking about!!!
