This app is awesome, we previously tried 5 different ways of upselling our subscription service with no luck. With a hail mary email at 8pm at night someone from their *amazing* customer service staff was on the phone with us until about 1am EST the Thursday night before black Friday. After we launched the app, our subscriptions increased from the upset by 170% - thank you In Cart Upsell!

Great app, does the job. Also support is great, had them make some Custom CSS for me to customize my offers. Great all round.

I paid for this app $39.99/month for two months before realizing it wasn't even working on my site. Two thumbs down!

I evaluated quite a few "upsell" apps and landed on this one because of the simplicity. It's super easy to install and customize. And if you run into any issues, their customer service is fantastic. Highly recommend this app!

I really like the app but it paused the upsell prompt and did not alert me so I had issues when customers were not prompted to purchase the additional item.

This app has worked well for creating a free gift with orders $x... some minor set up issues but support was very helpful.

Services in our store have a mandatory materials fee that needed to get added to carts separately. Customers were not adding the materials fee on their own even though the product descriptions reminded them three different times to add the mandatory materials fee. Once we started using Cart Upsell so that customers got a pop-up during checkout, we went from 30% of customers adding the mandatory materials fee to 98% of customers adding the mandatory materials fee. Using Cart Upsell took less than 10 minutes to set up and solved our issue instantly. Best app we have used in Shopify.

Base features are good. However the app advertises itself as offering functionality to offer discounted items at checkout, and this is false - you must create a discounted duplicate of your item. Once you have overcome the inventory management issues in making this happen, you discover that the app is not able to prevent customers from acquiring your discounted product offer if they remove the initial item from their cart. The app is therefore not appropriate for integrated inventory or drop ship systems as manual oversight must be applied to all upsold orders.

Great app, currently using the free version, which allows you upsell one item. That has been working good. I have gotten a few sales from using it.

Love this app really helpful in making extra sales.

Excellent application. It's use has resulted in increased sales for products that are often overlooked. Works well! Would like to see an option for a bit more control over frequency of display relative to other items in the rotation.
