Ben is very helpful! He helped me tested and solved the issue I had, very good customer service. The app crashes in mobile view on iPhone such as Chrome and other browser time to time, and Ben scheduled a meeting with me to solve the issue.

I think the app is very intuitive. At first I thought the interface look quite confusing, this after just a couple of minutes I figured out how to use it, and I must say it is super simple and effective. The AI upsell function is awesome! But I cant find a function where I can show the upsell discount when the offer is shown. It is only possible for me to add the coupon at checkout, which means that the customer want see the discount until checkout. I had some complications with the upsell not showing and also showing multiple places, but support helped me with this. Over all saticefied.

It's a quick and amazing add-on to your Shopify store that brings a ton of value - literally, an increased average order value. I would highly recommend other Shopify store owners give it a try. I am sure that it will bring as much value to you as it did to my store.

Great app! I was looking for a way to add upsells in a subtle way without being too pushy on the potential purchaser and this does it perfectly! The support team, especially Kevin is great and helped me with my many setup queries incredibly quickly.

I used this in my store I have to check my most recent performance to see if it helped me sell more. I wasn't aware it was rotating my offers on the products on the cart. I contacted support and was quickly provided a solution. I just thought it was out of the ordinary because it appeared to work properly with my educator. It is simple to use and set up.

It basically means regular measurement and reporting keeps you focused — because you use that information to make decisions to improve your results. All e-commerce store owners should know what's working for them. This is the only way that you will get more repeat customers. In Cart Upsell, gets my stamp of approval! Go ahead and download it!

Few complications during set up, but I have to say Customer Support is really great. My first discount in cart has been live for 24hrs, so I can't say if the conversation works well or not yet, but I am pleased with CS and ease of use.

Seems to work great but with the free version (as stated) there is a "Powered By In Cart Upsell" that looks so tacky and who wants their customer to see it as a upsell funnel!!! Otherwise works easy enough. Will probably uninstall.

Works great and quick help when we hit a snag! I like the way you can see how many sales the app has generated.

We are using this app across our brands. Simple to configure, fast-loading, top-notch support & developer.

I used the free plan for a couple months and based on the stats provided, the app definitely is beneficial in terms of up selling prior to check out. I've now enrolled in the paid plan to see how their Autopilot, Using Artificial Intelligence works out over the next few weeks. My only complaint is with their stats. It includes any item added to cart using their app, BUT not actual purchases. So if customers add items, but don't actually buy, In Cart Upsell's stats still shows this as revenue earn, when in fact it wasn't. This can be very misleading. Other than this, it's a great app!
