We installed this app for upsell in cart of a personalized note card with each order. App works great. Had one small install issue and they responded immediately and fixed the issue in a few hours. Works well for us.

We are using this app to add all related products or products of the same print/fabric to a product page. It works great! Super customizable and customer service has been extremely helpful!

We've used this app for some time mainly for our promo & giveaway items. Very few issues, and when something has come up support was insanely quick to reply.

Using it to display cross-sell offers inside the ajax drawer cart on my site. This is the only app I found that does it right and very easily, after testing 3 others. I had some trouble setting up at first but the support was super responsive and got me up and running *perfectly* in a matter of hours. Highly recommended

I had some initial problems with getting the in cart offer to show, which was probably caused by a translation plugin we are using. The support was really helpful and fast in fixing the issue and now it is running smoothly.

I have been using this app for one year without any issues. Something came up and it's no longer working the way it should. Now, I have been talking back and forth to the developer team for over 3 weeks without any success to fix it.

We have been a loyal user of this app for several years. However, there has been an issue linked to this app (cart page will not update when item is deleted/increased units/decreased units). We reached out to support twice in the past week and there has been a lack of any feedback. update: Support is kind to get back after I left this review and help look into issues in our store despite it not being the app's concern.

Really great app! Have tested loads and this is the best. Their support is excellent as well. Highly recommended.

Not sure what happened. We have used this app successfully for years (since 2017) and then in the fall of 2020 we started experiencing issues with our offers not showing. Contacted support and it took over a week to get our offers back on line. It worked for a while and now the same thing is happening again. Sent 2 requests to support for help and radio silence for almost a week. Had to find an alternate and uninstall. Would not have moved on if the program just kept working as before. My guess is that they have changed something in the code that makes it incompatible with some installations and they have not found the ghost. It was a great app when it worked ! Updated.... it would appear that In Cart Upsell has rebranded and has a new pricing structure. Not sure if this has anything to do with the app not working on our site after several years, but it does appear that new customers are having better success with both functionality and support. If this is a shedding of customers on the old pricing structure, shame on you... "you dance with the one that brung ya"!

sorry about the bad review, but after the update it doesent work in our Shop. The Offers are not shown anymore. The support is great, fast and very friendly, but the app didnt work (for us), we deinstalled it now :-(

Used this app to create an upsell offer in our pop out cart. It didn't look right at first but the support was super quick and helped me to get it to match my store's branding.

This app is definitely worth it. It makes us more money than it costs. Customer service is amazing. They customized the design just how I wanted it and so that looks like a native part of the page. I give this page one star less than the top rating because the back end has to stay quite simple. I struggle with creating really smart offers. I have set it so that my top upsell products get displayed at any time. Easy

App is easy to use and any questions are quickly answered by email! They even reply on weekends. Would recommend.
