Amazing support, probably the best support I have experienced till now. Abhilasha and her team accommodated all my needs, I requested them several changes but they made sure everything was taken care of, the turnaround time was no more than a day. The app is great, you can get it customized as per your need, just ask the support team.

Definitely the best looking product review with photo app out there. Pros: - Beautiful - Pretty easy to use - Multiple display settings Cons: Some points of improvement would make this even more of a rock star! - Can't edit photos after they are uploaded - I wish I could manually add or remove image links - Wish the fields were more flexible - for example, I don't really use the email or the title. So I went in and manually edited the code to remove the title - Can't search reviews by product name (I haven't tried product ID) - Wish I could sort by upload date (and not just creation date) - Sometimes a little slow to display when the page loads - Was a little complicated to figure out how to reach them for customer service Overall highly recommend!

Problem solved in a day! Love the support and how they attended to your problems ASAP. I didn’t even have to worry if they are going to respond to my questions or not! Thumbs up to Hulk Team.

Helped me adjust the app so that it can be in my language, the developers took the time to set it up just like I needed to and they were quick to respond. Even after problems I had with the app, I asked for their help last night and they are already on it as of today's morning. That is some superb attention, and they really know how the code works and interacts with the platform.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I was struggling with the install at first and contacted the product team to assist, they have been OUTSTANDING ever since! They replied quickly and implemented every change I asked for in a timely manner, as well as patiently waiting for my response which was delayed at times. I downloaded this app for having photos in my reviews and because it was free. There were a couple bugs that prevented some of the functions working with my site. However their customer service was PHENOMENAL! They helped me solve all my bugs and even went above and beyond to create a theme that would make this app work! Truly amazing and once I need to upgrade I will do it with them for sure!

By far the best free app that allows photo uploads with reviews. Being a maker of custom products, this was super important to us to allow our customers to post photos of their orders with their reviews. I had a question about enlarging the photos and customer service was extremely fast & responsive and got everything worked out for us. We use a couple other HulkApps brand apps and they're great, too!

4.5/5 (can't give half stars here apparently) So far so good. No one has uploaded a photo in their review yet, hoping that it stays good when they do. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to alter the layout code to get the app placed just where I wanted it, so I wrote to the Hulk Apps support team asking for directions on how to do this. They requested to get in to my Shopify Admin and took care of it overnight for me for no charge. That's service!

Great features, but it looks terrible on the product page (grid view might be ok if your background color is white?). I loved the fact that I was able to change the star color, and to switch from stars to hearts. But that was it. When there aren't any reviews, the layout looks fine in grid view, but awful in list view, because, instead of being centered, the "No Reviews Yet" text is on the far left, while the "Write a Review" button is on the far right. Things only go downhill once reviews are actually added. In list view, it looks like three separate reviews: the name, a vertical line, the text, a huge space, and the image. In grid view, it appears in boxes on a white background (instead of integrating into the page background), and you have to press "read more" to see any images, which kind of makes the image integration pointless. I like the price, but I would rather pay for something that actually looks good than get something for free that will ultimately drive away sales.
