good customer service, Haris helped me out and was very quick about it. The app is good and easy to use.

I downloaded the app over a year ago and I've been so impressed with their support. When placing the code on my pages (Streamline template) I couldn't get the reviews to look how I wanted them to. They worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted. When my template was updated to shopify 2.0, they helped me make the necessary adjustments. I also noticed that the app is not heavy and didn't slow down my site loading speed. If you're looking for a review app--this is a great one!

Support is great. Take the initiative to make sure things are in good shape. Communication is clear and very responsive. If the product rating can link up with real customer check, or connect to other rating like amazon's, it would make it a very trustworthy rating system and kick the 5 stars.

Awesome customer service and extremely helpful LIVE PEOPLE available on chat to help with code. So easy for customers to leave a review and then allow the shop owner to verify the review is legit or not. Some other apps do not allow you to verify the review. All the HulkApps we use have been rock solid. Love these guys

The product review app is fantastic but what is even more fantastic is the support crew at Hulk Apps. Sanjay and the crew are AWESOME and quick to help with any of your problems. In fact, I use a few other apps from Hulk Apps and this is a big reason why I selected the Product Reviews App by Hulk Apps. I have always found Hulk Apps very easy to use and when you have problems, their support team is super quick to help out. Very easy to install and use. I love that I can send my clients who purchase offline to a direct product page for them to review. Support is also very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

I’m still new to Shopify and I was having an I issue getting the reviews to show on a few different pages in my store, I wrote to the support team of this app and they resolved my issue quickly! The sent me screen shots and links of the work done. I highly recommend this app! 23.07.2021. Once Again I changed my store theme and they once again fixed the reviews in my store to make them show where I want them! Great app with even better customer service!

I loved it. Best one I've found so far, Best value for what you get in free version. and also paid version is pretty cheap so definitely worth it.
