This is absolutely the best customer service you will ever get! I had to contact the chat twice because different things I couldnt figure out by myself. We moved to this app following the shut-down of Shopify's own review app. We've had a couple of problems with importing reviews using this app that have required using the app support. Both times the app support has been helpful and resolved the issues however I would have preferred not experiencing the issues in the first place. In general, the app does the job and support are quick to help out.

I have had this app installed in my store since 2021 with minimal issues. I recently updated my store theme and ran into some issues with embedding the app into my new theme. I received help from Shruti with this. She was really great and resolved the issues within a matter of minutes. 5 star service from Shruti, Thank you very much! One thing I do wish is that the app had a tool for sending more than one review request email. Like a follow-up review request tool as I think that would be effect in helping to get more reviews.

used this app for a long time but randomly all of my images were gone and had question marks on them. hulk team responded saying their server crashed and they really made no effort and didn't really even have any compassion for the frustration I was going through. this is years of customers photos that are really important to my product pages and they have no backup. I have an old backup that I did myself but when I go and look its all links to hulk site, not actual photos downloaded. so major loss. very disappointed, will be going to a different more reliable review app
