I use this app to set up customization for my products. It is easy to use and the support when you need help is great. I have used this app for 3 years and just recently had an issue where the Discount codes weren't showing up on my Cart page. I reached out and within an hour Support contacted me back with the resolution. I wasn't comfortable working on the code so he took care of it for me. A+ service!

I used this app to add more options for our automotive AC hose kit page. I had a few problems at first but the Hulk team really came through and tweaked my theme so everything flowed smoothly. How can I add option sets to 2000 products just by using their tag ? Do I have to select them one by one ? Do you have any workaround for this task ? This app is functional but not useful for our case.

I have been using this app for a while now, it continues to improve and be very functional for my online store. My customers LOVE all the options we are allowed to give them. I recently had a few bugs with another HULK app and customer services fixed those right up and quickly too!!

The app is user friendly, but most importantly the support team help out with everything quickly and efficiently. I noticed an issue with variations not charging correctly, and the support team explained the issue, worked out a fix quickly, and also helped to make the variations display correctly on packing slips.

Awesome support. Awesome options for any store at this price. I had an issue with my website and they fixed within 30 minute.

Went through a number of these apps before finally settling on this one. Due to some bugs in my previous theme it ended up breaking but customer support was very quick to get me up and running again! There's definitely some features i would love to see added but i'm very confident in this company's ability to provide a high quality product with long term support,

I absolutely love the flexibility that this app gives my customers when making their custom selections. It has increased my AOV tremendously. Most recently, I had a small edit that needed to be made to the code regarding the discount box and Manoj was able to help me quickly and easily. I have installed it in order to add an extra fee and it has worked perfectly. I could even work a little bit with html and now it "design friendly" too.
