This was my first time using a product customization app on shopify and I will say at first I wasn't sure exactly what to do. I ended up reaching out to support and they were SUPER helpful in answering my questions and responded very quickly. Once I got the hang of how the app worked it was super easy to make changes and customize what I was working on. I kind of wish that you could customize the design of each specific option instead of just a general design, and maybe you can but it wasn't clear to me. Other than that love this app and love the Hulk Apps support team! :)

Easy and useful app. I had some troubles when I've updated my theme but the support answered quickly and solved them!

I use the free version of this app and it works great, customer service also prompt and efficient when needed, which isn't often I'm pleased to say. The app doesn't work with Shopify discounts unfortunately, however HulkApps do have their own VolumeBoost app that they were able to install in a few minutes, that works great, albeit at a small price. I originally had a different app I was using for my customers to customize their orders. Someone suggested this app and I decided to give it a try. I'm still in my trial window of the app but I already love it compared to the previous app I was using. It was so much easier to add options for my items using this app versus the other apps. The one issue I had was getting my options to show up under my items. I reached out to the team via chat (it was almost 1 am in my time zone) and I was surprised with the quick response. Khushbu was very helpful and helped me get issued resolved rather quickly. I am so happy to know that I can reach out and get help when needed. If you are on the fence, give it a try!

I decided to try the app to help with sells. I had an issue and customer service responded right away and helped me through it. Hopefully it'll allow my shop to get more sales with the bundles.

This app makes adding the custom options we need for our products very easy and straightforward, and the customer service is excellent. Last week, we encountered a bug which was breaking the validation of some of our required fields. We contacted HulkApps support, and thanks to Deepa and their programming team, the issue was resolved within a few days.

I sell custom made pet products, and this app helps me drive more sales. I can customise the product options, add an extra charge, attach images to the swatches etc. My customers always compliment my store, saying the ordering process is so simple. Once you get familiar with the app, it's very easy to use, and the customer service is exceptional! Highly recommend

This app allows our customers to upload their photos for customized clothing, it helps me save lots of time to process the order. the customer service very helpful, help me a lot

This app allows our customers to upgrade their order by purchasing a card and/or chocolates, and provides a spot for them to write a personalized message. These options typically appear automatically when new products are added, but for the last two days, any new item added did not have these options available on the website. We contacted the app's help center and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Absolutley love this app! Super simple, easy way to add multiple options for free! All the features I need, amazing. Great customer service too, I contacted them with an issue I had and it was resolved very easily within a few days. Highly recommend!
