Was looking for this so time and i finally found it!

Quick, simply, easy. On the free plan at the moment, but I can see that the premium offers additional benefits to attract more attention. The customisation you can do is great! Very happy with the app! Gets a quick message across such as Free Shipping & something else such as "Pre-order online NOW!". It's great that I could customize it to fit in with our colour scheme!

Great App! A nice addition to any store. LOTS of customization options (Even the free version!) Love the animations also. In short, this bar looks AWESOME! Works great too :) Our store has used it for several months & it has performed flawlessly since being installed. I would DEFINITELY recommend it for that reason alone. Easy to use and works great! Would like to have the option to exempt customers tagged in a special way. For example I do wholesale and those customers are tagged "wholesale", these customers don't get free shipping.
