great app easy to set up and use

The team at Hextom offer not only a great product, but great product support. We were very pleased with the customization options out of the box and found the install to be a breeze. We unfortunately ran into a technical snag, which likely could have been fixed with better programming knowledge on our end, but the Hextom team were incredibly fast to reply to a call for help and were happy to implement the fix for us. We couldn't recommend this app any more highly.

Easy to Use the features. I like the ability to create custom colors and upload designs.

Got this app after having an issue with another app displaying the bar over my logo and menu options. With this app, the Free Shipping Bar by Hextom, I no longer have that issue. Plus, there are some great sales and holiday themed templates available (with the premium version) I'm going to have to check out.

good product for stores to give free shipping

This wasn't showing up correctly on Androids and iPhones, as the Main Menu was masking out the free shipping bar. So I sent them a support message asking for assistance, they requested access to my shop's apps and theme, which I gave them. Virtually straight away they fixed the problem, which I feel was just theme dependent. I tested it as being OK on both Android and iPhone. Now that is great support.
