Love using this app. My shop is brand new so it is important to keep my brand in front of customers. Email Collection Bar by Hextom allows me to collect customer emails and use them for email marketing!

I really like the functionality and the location of the bar. I have other tabs for messaging and reviews so the bar at the top of the site is perfect. You can configure the bar to match your stores color and font as well. Overall, I think the bar with the capture box at the top is the way to go because having too many tabs (FB Messenger, live chat, rewards, etc..) really clutters your store on mobile. I had an issue with the Soundest API and emailed their support and they responded immediately and worked until the problem was corrected. You can also sync your list subscribers to MailChimp or Klaviyo on the paid plan.

This app was easy to install and understand. Thanks.

Wow. Well that was easy. Literally 15 minutes later I have an email subscription collection banner exactly where I want it, exactly how I want it to look, situated on the page I want it on, and communicating what I want it to say. Very intuitive to use, looks professional and isn't annoying for my website users (unlike those pesky pop ups). Well done Hextom!

So far, this app is simple to set up and easy to operate. I loved that I had control over the wording and coupon codes. You have enough access in the free version to be satisfied- enough to intrigue you into purchasing the premium version. We shall see how the next few weeks go!

I highly recommend this app. Excellent Customer Support. Every email I've sent had been answered, and I believe within the same day or hours. I wanted to use both of Hextom's Email Collection Bar and the Free Shipping bar at the top of my website's banner area. But Email Collection bar was overlapping and hiding the Free Shipping bar. I reached out to the Developer Sophie on a Saturday and it was fixed immediately. Read that again, she or they fixed without charge and on a WEEKEND within hours. I had other issues that need to be fixed and she fixed all the way to midnight. I am very pleased to have both bars displaying on my website.

Great app. People can see it but it is not obtrusive. Had one issue which I contacted developer about and they fixed it within a couple hours. If you are wanting to collect email addresses this is an excellent way to do it.
