Really great app - easy to set up, lots of flexibility! We're not currently using the function to add FAQ's to specific product pages, but it was definitely a big selling point. Support is OUTSTANDING - prompt, friendly responses, great info, and very helpful! We've used other apps in the past and were never totally happy with them, but Easy FAQ is by far the easiest and best supported app we've found for FAQ's!

Simple and intuitive to use. Has everything you need to create a beautiful, clean FAQ page . The options for customization are great in order to create a unique design. Pricing is totally fair too. I reached out to the support as I wasn't 100% happy about the appearance due to settings in my theme. Pratik answered immediately and helped me to adjust the theme within minutes. Thank you for a great app and service!

Without doubt the best FAQ page available for Shopify. The customisation that you can do to match your store if much better than the most popular FAQ app called help centre. The support is unreal, they always write back extremely quick if you have a question. I would give 6 stars if I could !

This app is great, I use it across all my stores because its easy to use and its great value. even the free version lives up to everything you need to customize and have a sufficient amount of FAQ's for all your need. The app works great and has wide range of customizable aspects. Unfortunately the app doesn't work with the translation app "langify", so I have to wait for shopify to fix the problem, to use the app. But I am hooked with this one! Also Pratik is a very kind developer. Greetings, Linda

Great free option. You add as many categories as you want, which the other apps do not allow in the free option. So thank you EASY FAQ!
