We needed a simple way to manage our FAQs and present them to customers in a well designed, searchable fashion. This app fits the bill perfectly and was super easy and fast to configure. Works like a charm.

This is a great app and Bhushan responds to messages very quickly, which I appreciate very much. I'm eager to see a way to index faq as distinct URLs so it's possible to send a specific link to customers via email (instead of giving them the FAQ URL and asking them to type of the keyword search to find the longer). I'm the first person to ask for this feature, so it's not on the list of scheduled updates -- if anyone else has ever needed such a feature, please ask and maybe it will be built :)

The app is easy to set up and looks a lot better on our site than just a text list of faq's. Customer service was also prompt and helpful when we had a question.

This app is great, and we had alot of support form the online chat where needed when we didnt know how to do something. highly recommend :)

Super easy to use and customize. I really enjoy the look of it on our website. At one point I had a question about how to use one of its features, and the response time from support email was immediate. So awesome. What a great little app! Love it :)
