Great app. We were using it on Wix, but this year we have decided to move to shopify. As we moved our shop, we were taking helpful crowd app with us too. Yusuf from HelpfulCrowd was very helpful, while we were moving our reviews and adding widgets to the new store. Fast response to requests and he has even offered his helped when he spotted that we have not display our widgets. Higly recommend!

Helpful Crowd is an app that provides amazing service and I'd argue that it has the best layout out for your product reviews. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yusef, who I say is a "champion of the people". Because not only did he instinctively import all my amazon reviews for me, when I asked him if it was possible to do so in the first place, but he managed to save me hours of time and prevent me from getting any headaches. I will continue to use Helpful Crowd in the future, due to it's efficient and simple to use features and because the service is top-class.

I am at the beginning of the use of this app but it already looks really good. The main reason I am giving the five stars are the incredible support I have received. I needed to upload my previous reviews and encountered some technical issues. Yusuf from the support was incredible dedicated and helpful that he spent with me over the weekend several sessions. Very kind and very helpful. You will be not left alone with this app.

I'm writing this after being a user of this app for almost a month. Not only does it do reviews and questions and answers Yusuf helped me import several years of reviews that were not csv compatable. I changed themes and Yusuf came to the rescue again, getting HelpfulCroud laid out perfectly in my new theme. Even made the color of the stars match my theme. If you are using a cheap app for reviews. Get HelpfulCrowd so you don't have to worry about them anymore.

Really good app by the time being, lets see how it goes along once reviews start coming in. Quite affordable for what it does.

This app has great options, easy to use, and versitile. When I was unable to get a feature to work properly for myself, I reached out to support.
