Oh wow. Just installed this app 30 minutes ago and our store FAQ page went from being a dinosaur to a Ferrari. SUPER easy to set up and add to the Menus. Really, really, happy right now. :)

simple, easy to use. team responded quickly to fix an issue I had- works great now. nice app that does what it advertises.

very easy to use and simple! however, the font is too large, if its abit smaller then its perfect!

It was easy to set up the FAQ page using this app. You could also drag and drop to arrange the sequence of various FAQs. I would suggest adding an option to edit the font size and this app will be perfect!

I am using this app, but it is impossible to import images in the FAQ pages. I wrote several message to support without success. If I got a feedback I will change my note. Sorry this is important for me. Thanks. UPDATE: Its a great app. Thanks to the support, I have been able to load an image and now it works fine, and looks professional. I like it and I now put a 5*. Fantastic tool, amazing its free! It was not needed to read the guidelines so easy was it to add it (with content). Supports gives quickly useful solutions.

Installed Help Centre but needed a couple of changes to it. Help Centre response and customer service was five star.

Works very well but requires CSS knowledge to be customized. Pretty fast customer service given the fact it's a free app.

For the most part, the UX is good. On the back-end, if you accidentally delete anything, it's gone forever. You should be able to save and test out changes before anything permanent happens. I have also noticed that FAQ pages are not indexed by google. We have lots of rich, indexable content in our FAQs so this is actually a big deal for us. I reached out and asked when this would be fixed and was told that they plan to offer a premium version in the future that is more compatible with search engines but did not provide an ETA.

Great app. Easy to install and to use. Wish it would have a little more customization, but other than that it's a solid choice. We are using the app on our vape store to help customers answer frequently asked question on vape pods systems, order issues and etc. Hopefully they release premium plan soon with more features, but as a free app it's a great choice. www.pocketvape.com

HelpCenter is a fantastic FAQ page that is actually FREE! Marius has provided a great App that can be configured to your specifications with a little bit of CSS. The FAQ page is better than most paid Apps without any customization. The setup is easy and intuitive, and if you have any questions, Marius responds to an email. I highly recommend this App!
