We're still in the learning phase but we can already tell this is a great tool that will help us to solve common questions and close sales. My store has 1,000 products, but the free package only supports learning for 500 products. I contacted the development team, and they quickly helped me increase it to 1,000. the chatbot learns very fast and can immediately make recommendations based on the products. Not bad.
